The second LTT meeting in Narva, Estonia from 24th till 30th March, 2018

Saturday, 24th March

We grouped up at the airport before 10 am. The flight took off at 11 o’clock. We flew for about an hour until we arrived at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. We went to have some lunch and walked around a little. The flight to Tallinn took off at quarter to two pm. After we got there  we went by taxi to a shopping centre nearby the airport. We spent time there altogether for three and a half hours. After that we got to the bus that would take us to Narva. At the halfway of the journey we stopped for a restaurant that was actually pretty good. When we (finally) arrived to Narva, our host families welcomed us. Later in the evening I had a FaceTime chat with my family.

Safely at the Tallinn Airport

Saturday 3rd February

We had an eventful drive from Tolmin to Ljubljana. We stayed overnight at a small hotel near the airport. When we arrived at the airport we heard that our flight to Munich was cancelled. Luckilly we got a flight to Frankfurt and then to Helsinki.

Friday 2nd February

It was a fast day I could say. We had an arts workshop. We just drew ourselves and the one sitting in front of us. It was a fast lesson on how to draw portraits.

Then a quick lunch and some sand art. It was really fun. We used glue and different colour sand with different size grains.

When the stuff at school was over we walked around Tolmin and shortly after leaving the school we were called back and we had to start getting ready to leave because of a sudden snowstorm on the mountains in Tolmin. If we had stayed the night we might have missed our flight to Finland.
