Tuesday 6th November

We had to leave from the hotel at 8.15 am so we slept a little longer this morning because we were all so tired from yesterday. We were in a little hurry, but we made it with the others. We started the school day by doing theater exercises. It was fun. We did those for a couple of hours, until we had lunch. I personally thought that it was worse than Finnish school lunch but it was okay.

After lunch we left the school to go see the Eiffel tower. Seeing the Eiffel Tower was one of my dreams for a long time andfinally there it was. It was really beautiful and really big. Unfortunally we only got to go to the second floor but it was still great fun. Then we went to have some coffee and eat some crêpes. After that we had to go to the hotel. We had a little nap and then left for dinner. The food was pretty familiar to Finnish food but with few different flavours.

At dinner I realized how I much I actually know about the English language. Everything is so new and exciting here.

Monday 5th November

In the morning I woke everyone up at 6.30am. We got our breakfast in a really funny way.  After half an hour we were going to go have some breakfast, but then we were informed that our breakfast would be given through the window in our room. We ate some breakfast Students and teahcers went to buy metrocards which we already bought yesterday. Metros were so full we had to push each others in.

We got closer to the school by metro and walked the rest of the way.

When we got to the school we were shown an introductory video about French culture and Paris.

After those the French students gave us a tour of the school. The school was really big and I was about to get lost all the time. The school had 1300 students in it.

We played team building games and had some lunch.

Then we went to see Arc de Triomphe.

It was really pretty there. After that we went shopping at Champs-Élysées (looking at expensive stuff on display). We didn't go to many stores there because it was really expensive. Then we went to eat at a burger place with the people from the other countries.
The Hungarian boys arrived in Paris today and came to eat with us.
