Sunday Nov 4th
Our airplain left at around eleven from Joensuu to Helsinki. Our flight was one hour long. We waited at the airport for about three hours and also ate while we were waiting. Then our flight to France took off. The flight was three hours long. When we arrived in France we went by taxi to the hotel. After staying a while at the hotel we went to eat in this restaurant named La Comptoir Brochant. Then we went back to the hotel. The day was pretty exhausting but fun.
Ida
I woke up early and very nervous this morning. I just waited leaving for the airport the whole morning. We flew from Joensuu to Helsinki and from Helsinki to Paris. Only seeing Paris through the airplane’s window was unbelievable. We knew about the fake taxis but still we almost got fooled by one. Luckily we finally found our way to our hotel. We ate in a restaurant called La Comptoir Brochant and I got to use French a little.
In the evening me and Ida impatiently waited for the Estonian girl. I’m not nervous anymore. Can’t wait seeing the others tomorrow.
