We went to the
capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana.
Ljubljana, oh
Ljubljana...what a nice tiny Italy it was.
First, we visited
the house of the European Union. There was a presentation about the European
Union and some other information.
We were released
into the wilderness of the big city and we started following our guides. In the
beginning, we were just wandering around aimlessly until we stopped at a
fountain and sat there for a while. While sitting there the other students
wanted to learn some Finnish, and oh boy did we teach them some not so useful stuff, like four letter words etc.
Well since we started bathing the others in Finnish culture why not learn some traditional dances as well? And so we danced, screamed our lungs out and laughed at the new words our dear friends had learned.
And when the time
free time was over we grouped up with the other groups and went to a museum of
optical illusions and wandered there for a while. In the free time
after the museum of optical illusions we again just sat around, chatted and ate
our snacks.
Then it was
getting late and we started to our way back to Tolmin.
